Our founder, Kevin Wrobel, started Wrobel Accounting in Brandon, Florida in 2004. In 2023, we opened a branch office in Asheville, North Carolina. Kevin and his wife run the firm together, splitting their time between locations.

Kevin D. Wrobel, CPA
President/CEO
FIRM VISIONARY Kevin founded Wrobel Accounting in 2004 with a vision of providing more than traditional accounting services. As a Certified Public Accountant and trusted advisor, he works closely with business owners and individuals to help them reduce taxes, improve profitability, and make confident financial decisions throughout the year. Kevin's approach combines technical expertise with practical, real-world guidance. Whether assisting clients with tax planning, business growth, succession planning, or complex financial matters, he believes accounting should be proactive rather than reactive. His goal is to build lasting relationships that help clients achieve long-term financial success—not simply prepare tax returns once a year. Under Kevin's leadership, Wrobel Accounting has grown into a multi-state advisory firm serving clients throughout the Southeast while remaining committed to the firm's core values of Professionalism, Education, Accountability, Communication, and Ethics (P.E.A.C.E.). Outside the office, Kevin enjoys spending time with his family, mountain biking in Florida and North Carolina, and helping clients and colleagues build businesses that create lasting opportunities for future generations.
Michelle Hoffman Wrobel
Chief Operating Officer
FIRM INNOVATOR Michelle has been an integral part of Wrobel Accounting's leadership since 2009, overseeing the firm's operations, client experience, technology, and strategic growth. As Chief Operating Officer, she is passionate about creating systems and processes that allow both clients and team members to thrive. Michelle enjoys designing systems that improve efficiency, strengthen client relationships, and empower the team to deliver consistent, exceptional service. Michelle believes exceptional accounting is about more than accurate numbers—it's about building relationships, earning trust, and providing an outstanding client experience. She has led the firm's evolution from a traditional tax practice to a modern advisory firm focused on proactive planning, year-round guidance, and helping business owners make informed financial decisions with confidence. Known for her commitment to continuous improvement, Michelle oversees many of the firm's initiatives in technology, cybersecurity, workflow development, staff training, and operational excellence. She is dedicated to fostering a culture built on the firm's core values of Professionalism, Education, Accountability, Communication, and Ethics (P.E.A.C.E.), ensuring every client receives knowledgeable guidance and exceptional service. Beyond her role at Wrobel Accounting, Michelle has served as the Treasurer for the Tampa Audubon Society since 2017 and enjoys spending time with her family, training and riding horses, and enjoying the outdoors in both Florida and North Carolina.
Andrea Rollo
Practice Manager
CHAOS COORDINATOR Andrea plays a vital role in ensuring the day-to-day operations of Wrobel Accounting run efficiently and seamlessly. As Practice Manager, she oversees many of the firm's internal operations, project management initiatives, and administrative functions, helping clients and team members alike enjoy a smooth, organized experience. With a talent for organization, problem-solving, and process improvement, Andrea works behind the scenes to keep projects moving forward, support the firm's accounting and administrative teams, and ensure client needs are handled with professionalism and care. She is passionate about creating efficient systems that allow the firm to deliver exceptional service while maintaining the personal relationships that set Wrobel Accounting apart.
