We now intentionally serve fewer clients so we can provide deeper support and more personalized attention.
As of January 2024, we are a fully paperless firm. All documents must be submitted electronically through our secure portal. This protects your sensitive information, reduces the risk of loss due to theft or damage, and allows our team to collaborate efficiently in all locations.
Cybersecurity risks have increased significantly in recent years, and our electronic systems ensure better protection for you and for us. If you need assistance uploading documents, our team is happy to guide you step-by-step.
Email is not a secure method for transmitting tax documents. Instead, our clients are required to use a secure online portal for trasnmitting documents to and from our firm. Our secure SafeSend portal not only protects your sensitive information and keeps documents organized in one place, it also creates a clear audit trail and reduces processing delays. This is how we transmit documents to you for review and signature, and how we want documents to come to us from you. Consistency in this practice helps us streamline our workflows, delivering faster service and avoiding projects falling through the cracks.
When documents arrive in stages, it increases the time spent on your project as well as the risk of delays, duplication, and missed items. Our workflow is designed to begin once documentation is substantially complete. This protects the accuracy of our work and our turnaround times.
Our service proposals and associated engagement agreements clarify the scope of services and fee schedules, define client and firm responsibilities, protect both you and our firm, and ensure compliance with professional standards. We will not begin work without a signed agreement on file.
No. We will do our best to make a case to the revenue agency on your behalf, but tax results depend on the information provided and applicable tax law. Our role is to ensure accuracy, compliance, and strategic planning — not to guarantee a specific outcome.
